T and P

The college has separate training & placement cell managed by a dedicated team. The cell plays an important role in student’s future: an indispensable pillar of the Institute. This department continuously strives to help students in pursuing their career goals by acquiring employment-seeking skills and ultimately to attain desired employment Campus Interviews. The cell acts as an interface for industrial training and placement of students and guides them in securing jobs with their knowledge and exploring various avenues for their placement.

The objectives of the Training & Placement Cell are specifically to:

Arranging campus and off campus interview s for training and placements.

Assist students develop and implement successful job search strategies.

Assist employers to achieve their hiring goals and in recruiting candidates as per their requirements.
Provide resources and activities to facilitate the career planning process.
Up-gradation of the students’ skill sets commensurate with the expectations of the industry.
Arranging educational tours, providing facilities and assistance to the outgoing graduates in career selection.
To conducting Alumni activities like organizing annual meet regularly.

Major Activities of T&P Cell:

· Personality Development Programs:-

Personality development programs are organized by T & P cell for the overall development of the student.

· Aptitude Test :-

Aptitude tests are conducted by T & P cell on regularly basis.

· Guest speakers & Industrial visits :-

Guest lectures and industrial visits are conducted time to time by T & P cell.

· Industry Tie Ups :-

T &P cell regularly works for tie ups with industry and academic organizations.

· Industrial Training :-

T & P cell organizes training programs according to the requirement as per norms of university.
