Trainee Engineer - BTS I&C
• Outdoor work for rigging/laying of Cables, rope-pulling.
• Hands-on experience on use of Tools and carrying the tools at site.
• Routing of Cable, Installation of MW/GSM Antenna.
• BTS/Node B/Transmission equipments Installation.
• Connectorization, Alignment with proper RSL Level.
• Reporting & submission of Call-Report and times sheet.
• Use of Personal Safety tools.
• Use of Tools with Safety.
• Documentation of all activities at site and in office. (e.g. Site Doc/I-Doc/MRF/SDR/SRN, Doc. as per Project and etc)
• Quality Evaluation of performed activity at site (SeQI < 4).
• Rough Drawing of RFI check site with Measurement / Observations.
• Proper VSWR reading within range <1.2 at Completed Site.
• SeQI rating sharing with Quality Engineer after work is over at time before movement from site.
Trainee Engineer – RF/DT
• RF Optimization
• Monitor the daily Busy Hour statistics. Responsible for improving the Handover, Location Update, Paging & CSSR, issuing capacity requests whenever needed
• TCH drop reduction plans by analyzing RF fail, HO fail, Abis, A interface, Transcoder fail counters.
• Daily Analysis of Cell Doctor Reports, MML dumps and BSS parameters.
• Responsible for the optimization of new sites
• Cell site configuration planning- Frequency, BSIC, TRx, MAIO, HSN, Cell parameters
• Responsible for the Drive Test analysis (TEMS/NEMO logs)
• Creation of Radio Parameter Logs for expansion of sites, swap of BTS types, parameter changes.
• Analysis of Routes by checking Drive Test logs for starting coverage phase.
• Alarms checking and swap verification of sites.
Trainee Engineer – NOC/OMCR
• Analysis of Connectivity between all sites and Traffic through various links like PDH,SDH, MW, Broadband, Optical etc.
• O&M of Transmission equipments for RAN, BSS, IP Based Solutions.
• Alarm Testing at one Site with the help of OMCR.
• Resolution of Service & Non Service effecting problems on proactive & reactive basis for Transport Equipment which includes NSN, Ericsson, NEC Transmission equipments installed all over country.
• To co-ordinate with field engineers on solutions to troubleshoot and repair complex circuits, equipment configuration, optical link losses, hardware faults and PDH faults.
• To troubleshoot Faults of SDH circuits ranging from E1 to STM-64 bandwidth which includes Losses, Pay load Mismatch & Performance Cases.
• Site survey for Installation of Traffic Node
• Attending the meetings with Customers regarding Transmission Planning.
• Traffic shifting from PDH to SDH/IP based Solutions.
Candidate has to clear all written assessment of In-house Training and during Field Training candidate has to secure minimum 2.5 out of 5 rating.
On Successful completion of the Training. You will be given designation of Trainee Engineer
Compensation: Rs. 1.50/- (CTC + Guest House + Sim Card) + T.A.
